lovely little printer feels well made easy setup nice clear prints everytime well packaged

Got this as it's half the price (£40) of any of the others on the usual marketplaces and needed something to ease the pain of standing at the post office with 20 letters to post. Really pleased with the results so far.In the box is the unit with power supply and a small set (~10) of 4 x 6 labels for testing.Pros:1) Easy to set up (Windows 10). A quick download of the drivers from phomemo.com and it was up and running. Everything was already defaulted to the recommended settings. Took about 2 mins.2) Quick, high quality printing of 4x6 inch labels. It's good enough for royal mail so I'm happy.3) Easy to load and remove labelsCons:1) No bluetooth capability as advertised or at least non that I can see. I've checked the manual online and it states the only connection type is USB. This isn't a problem for me but it shouldn't be advertised as such and that's why I've knocked off 1 star.

- very easy to use, has a user friendly interface- print labels very quickly and efficiently- doesn’t need ink or cartridges uses thermal technology- says compatible with windows mac and chrome. i only have a windows laptop and it works great- compact and portable, save space, and silent printing, easy to use, great print quality,- prints shipping labels which work well with places such as Amazon, eBay, Royal mail, Evri- i love that it automatically calibrates based on the label/sticker size- i love using this to be able to print return labels at home save time- also perfect for small businesses a fab price and amazing quality saves a lot of time

I didn't realized has NO Bluetooth connectivity (this is my bad) for the price I paid was expecting that. It is easy to install, it is actually Phomemo machine not Itary. For this price seller could include at least the label tray.

This printer is great, it was easy to set up and I love that you don’t need printer cartridges with it - I really think thermal printers are the future!The app that goes with it is easy to use (you do need to use the app, although it works well so there’s no reason why I wouldn’t), and the labels come out lovely and clearly printed.Ideal for a small business, it really makes sending your parcels easier. Recommended!
