Great product!
Absolutely brilliant product. You can put all of your details in there, plus three photos.Also, once it's scanned, you will be able to see thee coordinates of where it was scanned. Amazing :)

Tag Not Durable
The ability to scan a QR code and update the pet's profile is what originally appealed to me. However, the product itself is not durable and my tag ripped off after 3 months of normal wear. Stick to traditional metal tags!**Update** Increasing stars to 5 since the company reached out to me and offered a full refund.

What a time to be a pet!
I am very pleased with kitty's new tag! It's very durable. Setting it up and entering our info was easy and I love that it sends me a message anytime the tag is scanned, including a link to a map showing where it pinged from. I feel so much more at peace knowing if Elwood does get out on me, he'll make his way home soon!

What a great and affordable idea! I love my pups so Peace of mind is important. Also a great gift idea for a pet lover. Would def buy again!

Easy setup and really good quality
This is a large tag for a cat, but setting up contact info is easy and straightforward, the only proble was finding a good straightforward picture to identifyher with. I haven't had to see if it works since she's a homebody (that's the only reason I gave 4 stars). I like the added sense of safely finding my pet again without relying on her microchip alone. And I love the design choices!

Great concept! Company has great values!
(Update) I changed my review to 5 stars due to the customer service that I received after I told them what happened to my first purchase. They were quick to respond, they offered an alternative to what we bought and they got it in the mail to us within days. They also responded to email's within the same day. Their customer service is top notch!!!! (Something you don't find very often now day's)I Would recommend this company!Thanks MYLuckyTag.Although it works as advertised. The product is made from a thin rubber, including where it connects to the collar. Took our pet only a couple hours to tear it off and swallow it.
