The other year I tried a bunch of different pillows before eventually settling on an adjustable memory foam pillow. I wish this pillow was available back then.This is the best, customizable pillow I have owned. It comes with three foam layers all coated in a bit of fabric that stack together inside its pillowcase. It is very easy to add and remove layers to change its height. Some of the other pillows I've had use layers of foam without any covering and have them lock together, which isn't as easy to adjust.It also comes with a height guide to suggest which combinations to use for different sleeping positions. This is much appreciated since a lot of the adjustable pillows I've had offered a lot of different combinations without much direction in where to start. While only offering three layers can be seen as a disadvantage, I've found this to be simple and effective. I generally sleep on my back and side, so right out of the box, I knew to try 2 or 3 layers to get the right height from me. After sleeping with it for the past weeks, I found both configurations to work well for both, even if 3 works a bit better for side and 2 for back.So far, I only have two complaints. The first is that the zipper is in the middle of the case, which can make it a bit awkward to add and remove layers. However, the layers are malleable enough that it hasn't been much of an issue, and they settle nicely in the case. The other complaint is that while I like the idea of the raised neck support, sometimes it can feel like it is too much of a raise from the rest of the pillow. But you can also use the pillow the other way around, which is how I tend to use it with 3 layers, and even with using the neck support, it is still a very comfortable pillow.

I love this pillow. I prefer thin, flat pillows and so I sleep on only one or sometimes two out of the three layers and it is perfect for me. It is very comfortable to lay on, and doesn’t push my head up at an uncomfortable angle the way many other pillows I’ve tried tend to do. I love it so much that I bought a second one (accidentally left the first at a relative’s house, now that I have a second one, I no longer need to carry it back and forth when visiting them). I don’t love the pillowcase it comes with (it gets kind of itchy after a few washes) so use my own.

I like lower, smaller pillows because I am a small person; the adjustability is great in that aspect since most ergonomic pillows are like 4.7+ inches of uncompromising alpine level heights.A big negative is that it's soft, but I'm keeping it despite my desire for a firm pillow. The individual pieces of foam are so squishy and light that you would think this would never work especially if you press down the layers together with your hand like some reviewers mentioned. So since the pieces are flimsy, the tallest portion of the pillow edge offers only absolutely minimal support. I'm used to firm (I prefer pillows to resists altering shape, but can compromise to an extent to a medium type of firm) and flat pillows, so I guess the little bump/dip of support is an upgrade from the flat and the 2/3 layers is just enough to get a medium firmness if I sleep on a rock hard surface which I prefer anyways. If marshmallows came in 0.5" tall sheets, that's what you're essentially working with.There's a few things that are iffy, but not really worth the negative for me personally. The zipper is inconveniently centered I agree, but I'm almost never under my pillow and you can put the layers in a different case. Smell went away after a couple days and the pillow shaped up in a few hours. The gray casing that it comes with is NOT machine washable, so you have to spot wash; I have it in another pillow case anyways, just make sure it's small or wrapped enough so the layers don't shift.That being said, I wouldn't say this is perfect, but it's currently better than my old pillow and I've ordered enough pillows for now. If anything this will make a great travel pillow especially since it's so squishy, it'll smoosh into my suitcase nicely I'm sure.

Helps a great deal with aligning my spine & it was easy to adjust to it from a regular pillow!

I have searched for so many pillows and this one seems to be the best for me! I like the fact that you can adjust the height with the removable layers they give you. I don’t seem the be having anymore neck pain either (I think the pillows I had were to high). I am sleeping with the lower curved side and one layer insert. I tend to be a side and back sleeper. Oh and my arms don’t fall asleep like they used too, (which I put a little bit under my pillow when I sleep on my side). So, this is another plus for me! I also want to say the memory foam is supportive, not too soft or too hard, just right. Hope this review helps! I like it so much, that I bought another one to take with me when I travel.

I loved this pillow when I first bought it! Customizable layers are super cool. I've been sleeping on cervical shaped pillows for over a decade, for my neck pain. Unfortunately, year two of owning this pillow has seen it progressively get softer... until it started GIVING me neck pain instead of relieving. Back in the day these types of pillows lasted longer and were a better value, because of that. So..., good pillow at first, but doesn't last long enough. :(

This is a real good and practical pillow with all the layers you can adjust and I think the hardness of it is perfect not to hard for it to be uncomfortable and not too soft for it to hold back nothing. Also the after sales service is great if you have any questions you can get to them and they will come back to you. You should try this pillow! :)

Bought as a gift for my girlfriend and she loves it. The adjustable layers were the selling feature for me as I wasn’t sure the height she would prefer.

I got the soft one. Not as soft as I expected but it improved my sleep quality and reduced my neck and shoulder pain :)

I have neck issues and am very small. I had a really hard time finding a pillow that was low profile and needed a low profile pillow that would not push on my neck.This pillow is perfect. It is very soft but adaptable foam. It takes a little getting used to at first but it provides enough support while being very comfortable. I removed one layer to make it the right height and use that extra piece as a knee pillow :) Highly recommend.

I have been using an old pillow for while. Recently I considered to change it. I bought several pillows in similar shape, but none of them I could sleep on for a whole night, either too tall or too low, or too hard. This one is height adjustable. I use 2 layers and the total height is perfect. It’s on the soft side. If you prefer a firm pillow, this may not be a good choice. I just hope the cover is in white or light color.Update after using it for 10 days: I would say this pillow is not very firm but still provides enough support, so not too soft either, I’m happy the way it is.
