Damage
I had to return the previous sending of this binder because of significant damage which made it unusable.This time there is only slight damage. I guess it would be usable as is.Would NOT recommend. Either it is the poor manufacture or poor storage.

Very Rare!
Our company uses these for plan sheets and bidding and let me tell you, they're hard to find! These are nice quality binders, similar to Staples house brand binders. I would say they're a little spendy but I understand they're not as highly produced due to lack of demand.
