I think this is a great light! It’s perfect for the corner of the desk or a dresser in the bedroom. It’s slender shape doesn’t take up much room. It is lightweight, but not tipsy or top-heavy. There is remote control to turn on or off and change any of the light functions. You can also turn the lamp on or off by a toggle on the cord. The lampshade is made of a cloth material and is woven with white and gold threads and feels pretty sturdy.

The media could not be loaded.  Full disclosure: I am not that tech savvy but downloading the App and using it on my phone was so simple! I downloaded the App to an inactive phone and used my Wifi to set it up. I can use that phone as the remote control instead of my active phone. There are so many colors and mood settings with adjustable brightness. There are scenes that matches the mood you are going for and there are several tunes to choose from that you can set to a schedule. It's the perfect size and I really appreciate the usb plug in. I don't have to worry about a light switch or getting up to turn the old lamp on and off. FYI: I turned this lamp on WITHOUT the lamp shade and it was shockingly BRIGHT! I like having that option of an overhead brightness without having to walk across the room to turn on my ceiling light. The sleek design can go with any decor and it can work well in my bedroom or the family room. I am one happy camper with this lamp and all the sexy features. Who knew I would be so excited to see what a lamp could do! I am quite impressed and I highly recommend it.

The media could not be loaded.  This light is perfect for adding some background glow as well as acting like a virtual lava lamp with color cycling mode and can be synced with music as well. Makes a perfect back to school or even holiday gift. This is replacing my much more expensive lamp with a Philip Hue light since it's much more flexible and I didn't need something as bright for background / ambient lighting.Was easy to set up and the rrmote works great if you choose not to use the connected features. While I wish it plugged into the wall ... it works easily plugged into the USB strip on my desk so I'm happy :)

I decided to return it cause I didn’t like it but it’s only day3 and the lamp won’t work at all. I got home from work and I can’t get it to turn on at all. The app for the lamp and very lacking. This is my 3rd smart lamp and it dislike this one the most out of all of them. It looks cheap, feels cheap, acts cheap. You can’t change the color from indoor or outdoor (the color temperature) you get the indoor option and that’s it. I can choose any color of the basic rainbow and there’s all the pulsing pattern features to the lamp which is a fun idea if I’m gaming or listening to music. But it doesn’t function too well as a basic lamp. The schedule feature is trash, you get one time one and one time off and that’s it. You can’t pair the lamp to the app, you have to hope it connects. I accidentally deleted the lamp from the app and it was super difficult to get it to connect as you just kinda have to hope it’ll reconnect after you restart the app. My other smart lamps have to be put into pairing mode and be connected which can be frustrating but it’s better than this lamp with hoping the app will find and connect to the lamp. I also dislike that the lamp shade has gold strings in it… makes it look super cheap. I highly don’t recommend this lamp if your looking for a decent app and smart lamp. It also arrived broken, the part that holds the lamp shade has a chunk missing from it and it wasn’t in the box so it broke before it was packaged and shipped out.

I ordered this lamp as an accessory for my boys room! They're right in that age range where they get scared on occasion and something like this would help brighten the room up at night ❤️!They LOVE it!! Great buy - score for mom!!

I gave this to my son as a Christmas gift. He really likes it for his dorm room. There are a lot of colors and you can choose for it to stay on one color or use it in different modes to change colors.
