NoctuaNA-VC1, 24V to 12V Step-Down Voltage Converter (Buck Converter) for Running 12V PC Fans in 24V Applications (3D Printers, etc.)

Upgraded the chamber cooling fan to a Noctua on my Bambu Lab X1-C. Plug and play way to put a step down converter from 24v to 12v on the 92mm fan. The included wires/cables give you plenty to work with so you can splice on the original fan 4-wire lead to the Noctua wires. If you can strip and splice 4 wires together, then you can do this. If only Noctua made a 24v 92mm 4wire fan with higher RPMs...

Being basically a small buck converter in nice housing, the price point is a little silly. That's why my overall rating is only three stars. In terms of fit and functions it works great and couldn't be simpler. If they cut the price in half it would be five stars all day for me.

I used several of these with my Creality Ender 3 and it works perfectly with my printer and my noctus fans. Highly recommended for those upgrading their printer fans.

Purpose built and gonna do the job as expected.Glad I had a need and Noctua had the part.

People may complain about price but these are very reasonable compared to the other generic brands that are DOA or the led readout fails very easily. The only thing I wish it had was an adaptor so I could connect various plugs from 2 pin, 3 pin, and 4 pin.

Thank you Noctua!. The standard buck converter is easily 10 times this size and hellish to wire. This is plug and play. Hooked up a 3 pin Noctua FLX 12V fan to a 24V by just plugging the 3pin 12V FLX on one side and a 4 pin 24V extension cable on the other side (Noctua NA-SEC1). Stripped the 4 pin extension and recrimped to a 3 pin JST XH 2.54mm connector to fit onto my industrial cooling board's fan.

Used this to install a Noctua fan on my Ender 3 Pro. Works great and was easy to install. Far less complicated than the tutorials you see online for installing a buck converter.

Allerdings hat sich das Warten gelohnt.Ich betreibe in einem 3D Drucker (Ender 3 v2) mit einen Noctua 92mm Lüfter fürs Netzteil und musste von 24 auf 12V runter regeln. Plug and Play. Stecker dran und gut. Ich wollte nicht basteln und diese Lösung ist perfekt.Klar ist er etwas teuer als manche Bastellösung, aber ich wollte nicht basteln und bin mehr als zufrieden.Der Stecker ist nicht all zu groß und auch einiger maßen dünn, sodass ich ihn im Netzteil betreiben kann. La perfection à l'état pur sur un onduleur APC Smart-UPS SMT 1500 VA (SMT1500I).Maintenant le ventilateur tourne à fond pendant 30 secondes à l'allumage de l'onduleur, puis ensuite réduit sa vitesse. Tout est exactement comme l'ancien ventilateur en 24 V. Du pur génie !Avant j'utilisais un abaisseur de tension, et le ventilateur était figé à la même vitesse, quel que soit son état.Noctua devrait prévoir un câble d'extension de 10 cm, car ici je n'ai pas pu le connecter directement au Pin de l'onduleur, il a fallu que je connecte 2 câbles mâles/femelles (voir PHOTO 1 et 2).Sur la PHOTO 3, vous pouvez voir que cela fonctionne très bien avec un câble compatible. Je n'avais pas de câble d'extension Noctua sous la main, j'ai donc testé avec un câble Noctua NA-RC8 qui fonctionne très bien, mais j'ai préféré par la suite revenir à la PHOTO 1 et 2, car le câble Noctua NA-RC8 est un câble fait pour réduire le bruit du ventilateur, donc la vitesse de celui-ci. C'est très léger.Ce serait bien qu'il y ait un câble d'extension très court prévu pour le NA-VC1, lorsque l'on ne peut pas le connecter directement sur la carte mère comme ici.La PHOTO 4 montre l'installation finale et propre.Il ne manque plus qu'un câble Noctua NA-SEC1 de 10 cm.

Als ich auf das Produkt gestoßen bin habe direkt alle billig Wandler gegen Noctua Wandler ausgetauscht. Jetzt funktioniert auch die Lüftersteuerung an den PA Endstufen wie es sein soll.
