The carrier is well made and my shitzu was very comfortable in it. The grey color was very attractive as well. It was easy to carry, fit perfectly under the Jet Blue seat, yet allowed my dog extra standing space when I expanded the top.

I like the expandable top to provide extra room while in the airport. We have a mini dachshund and even though he is long, he fits well. Nice material and I like all the different options for opening the carrier. The "bed" that it comes with is a hard base with a soft material covering it and our pup didn't seem to mind

Our 10lb cat (orange type) fits in it very well with plenty of room to turn around and sit up kinda if the top portion is raised.Pros: I love that all the zippers have a clip together so theres no way for them to push the zipper open. The mesh is very strong so no clawing will rip it. Love the top portion that can raise and collapse. It's actually fits on a southwest plane and travels well. There's a leash inside attached to it.Cons: could used another pocket, there is one decent sized one but could use another.Love it and would recommend!

I purchased this for a recent trip to pick up my mother-in-law's Pomeranian and it performed beautifully. She was comfortable inside the carrier the entire trip and I was happy she had adequate space during the flights. I love the versatility of this carrier because it gives you different options for accessing your pet as well, and the handles and strap are very sturdy and give you peace of mind that it won't fall apart mid-trip. The bump-out topper was really nice and allowed her to sit upright with adequate headroom (though you do need to bump it back down to fit under the seat). They include a nice heavy-duty ID tag for your pet, and a bell if you're into that sort of thing, though I removed mine because I found it annoying.My only issue with this carrier is the bed portion where the pet sits; it has a nice firm plastic backing to give stability to the carrier, but it's not really padded at all, so I bought a piece of foam and wrapped some fleece around it to give my little one more comfort for a long flight. Just something to keep in mind if you move forward with this purchase.

I found my 13 pound Pom using his carrier to sleep inside of it, he likes it. We haven’t used it yet on the airlines but I got this one because of the reviews, the size is suppose to be accepted by the airlines and it fits my dog. As you can see from the pictures, he is laying on his side and there is room on top with the extension pulled up or down. The material seems strong and well made. I took off one star because when walking with him inside the carrier, it’s uncomfortable for me. The edges of the carrier are hard which protect him just clunky for me. I’m going to try and put the carrier on top of the rolling suitcase (if there’s a way) to help. Overall I recommend it as a dog house and as a protective carrier. For reference my dog is 13 pounds, 11 inches tall, 17 inches long.

I have been on the search for a cat carrier that meets international in cabin flying standards, and this one is compliant with United airlines for international flights. It seems kind of dark and private for the cats, but you can tell there is a lot of ventilation for them and it seems quite sturdy so I don’t have to worry about it folding it on the cat, the top pops up for extra room, which is really great for when you are not in flight. I will be testing this on the flight in the fall when I move to another country before then, I will be using it in my room with the cats as well as using it to and from the vet for training. So glad I found a carrier that meets my needs!

This bag is fantastic! I have two other bags for my dogs, but they are too high to take on JetBlue. If you’re going to travel on JetBlue, this is the bag to buy. My dogs weigh about 9 pounds and they fit perfectly.

We used this on a Southwest flight after we adopted our 10 lb yorkie a few months ago (2023). It was suggested to me that it fits best under the middle or window seat so that is where we sat. Our dog was comfortable, not squished at all. It seems so big when you get it that it is hard to imagine it will fit under the seat but it did. Important thing to note is that you might need to slide it in from the aisle because if you try to walk to the middle seat and then set it down on the ground it is too wide to fit between your seat and the back of the seat in front of you. We had to tip it sideways to get it down to the ground. So the solution to that is to put it on the ground while you are in the aisle at your row, and then slide it to the middle seat. Easy peasy. We are about to take another trip with him and we will use it again. We used a small soft pad inside, covered it with a pee pad for accidents, put pet wipes and treats in the outside pocket along with a clip on collapsible water bowl. While the crate worked perfectly as designed, out dog was very anxious. I had spoken to the vet before the first flight and they said you just never know how a dog will do so next time around we will use the vet recommended calming meds a few hours before boarding to ease his discomfort. But the pet carrier was PERFECT!

We travel a lot with our Yorkie and what I like about this bag is that the top raises to give her extra standing space if she wants it. When flying the carrier fits perfectly under the seat in front of me. I like that the carrier has lots of visual/air ventilation screens. It has one side or rear pouch to put treats in, leash/harness or doggie bags. It has a side strap to attach the carrier to the suitcase and basically, I’m happier when my pup has lots of in comfort/space to travel in.

Exactly as described and a fast delivery

I was having an impossible time trying to find a carrier that fit air canadas plane specific regulations while also trying to keep my cats comfy for a 14 hour flight and thankfully I came across this carrier. Both cats fit comfortably in it and can stand up and turn around. The one in the photo is 14lbs and my other one is 19lbs and both are happy with it. I don’t travel until feb but I’ll post an update with how well it travels.
