what? literally i get poked into the ears in my sleep, the length is too much and hard and rigid. not at all fit for sleep. and the voice cancellation is also not very good. i can use it as swimming earplugs instead.i have other foam earplugs and they are excellent in voice cancellation, SO MUCH comfortable in sleep and I almost don't feel they're therebut these have given me ear ache now

It fits really well and noise cancellation after putting them gets down to almost zero, you can use it for traveling, flight, train or during study or meditation any time where you need peace of mind and calm down and relax can use for sleeping but it is a bit discomfort while sleeping, my one earplug was got out the other morning, it happens but but it has more pros then cons, so you can consider purchasing and give it a try you may like it.
