At the time of my review, the age range the cap was recommended for was ages 3-8. The cap just fits my 7 year old. Based on how it fits, I think it will be fine for another year, so the recommended sizing is accurate. My daughter says it is comfortable to wear, she's worn it at school during PE and it stays securely on her head during this time. Would recommend.

This hat is 100% cotton. It has a Velcro strap NOT magnetic as it says online. Easy to use, comfortable to wear and looks well made. I ordered smart grey. Not bad for the price.
