Not good for small size olives
I grow my own olives and wanted a way to pit them easily before processing them. The olives we grow in Florida are a rather small size and this pitter send like it is designed for larger olives and cherries. The small olives will push through the large opening whereas a large olive or cherry will likely stay put while pressing the pitting bar into the fruit. The tool is strong and it is fairly easy to use as well as easy to clean. It would be great if an insert was designed to place into the opening that would size it smaller for the smaller size fruit.
