Quality Professional Robot!
I am out of words to express how impress I am at the quality of this product. I LOVE my transbot and will buy more. The packaging itself is a work of art. The transbot is the source of many conversations. Thank you.

Great engineering and quality - but videos and manuals are lacking
I got the full jetson nano package with display for debugging purposes.Pros: Best engineered robotic kit I have ever owned. The engineering is superb and very well designed. Materials and components are first rate and sturdy. The carry case is a very nice touch. Assembly is straightforward (with a big but...). Videos are useful and well thought out. Assembly took about 6 hours start to finish.Cons: Manual - most of the important text is in Mandarin only. Videos: Less time should be spent on watching multiple screws being inserted and more time on closeups of the wiring connections.Issues: Robotic arm - boot up reported issues with I2C interface - arm not functional. Could be faulty servers, wiring, carrier board issue or software (bootup messages says carrier board not likely to work). No way to tell. Handheld controller - no instructions on what control does what. Out of the box - can go backwards or forwards, no turns. the only button that does anything causes the robot to spin in circles until you turn off the power. Videos - yes there are subtexts in English, but only for what parts are to be employed, (and not always all of them). More description of what you are connecting, what type of interface it employs and where it connects. That said: I think this product has a lot of promise. A very solid platform for development - if they eventually provide detailed diagrams and specs on the carrier board and how it is used. Meaning - what type of interface is employed for each attachment/function. Where are it's connectors on the carrier and how the signals get to/from the carrier board from the nano. And that would need to be in English please. I have currently boxed this up until such time as I feel the need for a real challenge and ready for another deep dive back into ROS and black boxes.
