This arrived packed in a box like others have noted but the fold lines have already mostly disappeared in 2 days. It is super soft to the touch but thin as I expected since it's washable. I did order a pad to put under it for some extra cushion but that's not necessary really. Overall so far I am impressed by the quality, colors, feel and price! I tried to order a Ruggable an the customer service there is AWFUL so went this direction and saved 1/2 the money and got the rug quickly with no issues!

Well weaved, sturdy runner. Thick and plush.

Rug looks great, soft, washes great. Nice low pile so works great in front of my doors. Only complaint is that it’s hard to vacuum cuz it gets sucked into the vacuum head and gets stuck.

Beautiful and well made. Straight edges. Love the design. Texture is incredibly soft. Good price.
