Cuts wood like butter!
Well, it does exactly what it says: it cuts wood! And it does that very, very well... And fast!As with any Dremel accessory, it does require some steady hand to have a more perfect result but with practice and patience one does get great results!I do believe it is a bit expensive though for what it is...A proper saw for wood is cheaper and will easily achieve better results!

Cuts through wood easily and without the risk of jamming or kicking back.
Works really well. Unlike more conventional mini saw blades, this one doesn't stick and bind, which makes it easier and safer to use.At first sight I had reservations about the design re durability, and also the type of mounting, but having used it now a few times, I feel completely comfortable with both aspects and highly recommend it. N.B. it doesn't come with a SpeedClic arbor, which you will need.Having had two previous mini rotary tools made by other manufacturers that have come with rubbish tools, some being downright dangerous, I now appreciate the quality of Dremel equipment - which is not the cheapest, but imo, by far the best and safest to use.

Don't bother
I love my Dremel and am always finding new uses for it. This abrasive brush seemed to be a great idea that I would find really useful for cleaning and sanding small, delicate or detailed items. I specifically bought it for use cleaning crud off some beautiful but delicate seashells found on holiday in New Zealand. The most positive thing I can say is that the speed click system is great and I have it on a number of different Dremel accessories. It makes changing tools very quick and easy. This abrasive brush, on the other hand is a complete waste of money. It is made of some soft rubbery material which is impregnated with an abrasive grit. I know from experience with Dremel wire brushes, that you have to use a light touch to prevent the brush quickly wearing out. But with this abrasive brush, the light touch did next to nothing. Increasing the pressure just slightly to the point that it started to remove dirt from the shell surface, resulted in the brush wearing out in less than 3 minutes. £7 for 3 minutes! Give me a break. Clearly Dremel never fully tested this product as it is completely unfit for use. I notice that the price has been dropping rapidly in recent months, presumably due to complaints. I would not get this product again, even if they were giving it away free and I only had to pay P&P.

Noisy
I bought this as I was using the sanding discs on a regular dremel but thought the pet version might be safer and less noisy. It is safer but the nail guard is bulky and not suitable for very small dogs on any setting. The nail guard is removable so you can use it with small dogs and the collar still protects the disc. It is noisy, just as noisy as a regular dremel so if your dog doesn’t like that kind of noise, they won’t like this. It’s not rechargeable either. Honestly I wish dremel had just made a collar to fit a regular dremel with disc attachment, it would be cheaper than paying for a new appliance.

Top notch Abrasive Buff IF used correctly !
I cannot understand why there are bad reviews of this product (but you can only say about your experience of course) so I want to redress the balance if I can.I like to renovate and restore classic woodworking tools and these buffs are ideal, but if you use then on sharp metal corners they will just shred, common sense should tell you that, but used on flat surfaces or for detailing, they are tremendous, and will remove light rust or rust stains with no problem giving a great finish on things like the sole plates of woodworking planes.I have taken rusty planes etc, removed any severe rust first with wire wool, then onto these to give a 'like new' finish - remember these are "finishing buffs" and not meant to remove severe rust.I have recently cleaned the soleplates of 4 Stanley woodworking planes, Numbers 3, 4, 5 and 6 (this is a BIG plane) and in all honesty I did then all with just one set. OK there wasn't loads of 'meat' left on the buffs but they certainly weren't 'bald' even after buffing 4 planes and the finish was superb.I have cleaned lots of tools with this set, I have used then for 'detailing' as well but once again I can't stress enough "Keep Away from Sharp Corners" or they will shred.Of course no small tool like this will last forever, purely because of its nature, but to say they only last seconds is absolute nonsense, unless you are using them incorrectly or not on the correct job, it's as simple as that.I literally have EVERY single tool available for my Dremel and I won't but any other make, because I have tried cheaper makes too but they ARE rubbish, and you won't save any money, remember the old saying "Buy cheap, buy twice" (and third and forth !) they are cheap for a reason and this certainly applies to Dremel look-alikes.I am on about my 5th set now and every set has lived up to expectations and I haven't had ANY problems with them at all - surely I can't be unique or just lucky can I ? - I will keep buying this excellent product time and time again !5 Stars all day long.

DREMEL EZ SpeedClic 38mmreview. it's great
DREMEL EZ SpeedClic 38mm review, I put this because some reviews seem to be for other things. These are really good, I cut some steel and these don't snag but do make a lot of hot sparks, very hot so make you and the area are safe, definitely wear glasses. The discs don't last very long but are very easy to dontrol once you get the feel of it. Fast clean cutting, do not put a lot of pressure on it, you will feel which speed and how hard to push quickly. The tool free mount/mandril is good. It is obviously slightly thicker than a standard one so be aware if access is tight. Keeps cutting clean right down the last few mm of disc too. :)I will buy these again.
