I bought this out of curiosity, as I already own some Einhell tools that have worked brilliantly. I had a spare battery lying around and thought, why not give this a try? I didn’t expect too much, but figured I could always return it if it was disappointing. After unboxing, I quickly set up the vacuum with the tube and floor head, popped the battery in, and tested it in a room full of small debris embedded in the carpet — plus a fair amount of dog hair. To my surprise, it did an excellent job, not only removing the debris but also lifting most of the dog hair with ease. I’m genuinely impressed with this compact little vacuum and would highly recommend it, especially for motorhomes or caravans where space is limited. It’s a fantastic, practical bit of kit!

This is a decent hoover, not exactly heavy duty or good for things like hair but it is perfectly fine for hoovering the car, stairs etc routinely. The reason it loses a star is that replacement cloth filters are very difficult to get hold of. They are supposed to be washable but if you want to replace it completely (e.g. if the filter is soiled) you can only order them from Einhell's spare parts website at an eye watering price. I ended up finding an oversize filter from another brand and cutting it down to size. Also note that it's just a simple cloth filter, no HEPA stage, so if you hoover up anything smelly you will get that lovely smell blasted out the air vents at your face next time you come to use it. But in fairness basically no hoovers this size have a HEPA filter option.

Found the vacuum more powerfull than expected. The suction visibly clamps it down onto carpets, with a strong blast of air coming from the vacuum outlet. Downside is that it can be difficult to push on thick carpets as the seal is achieved by a rubber blade at the back of the head which is effective in stirring up the carpet bristles in combination with the wheels at the front. However I still give it 5 stars as it really does the job and I would not be without it. Even vacuums up a thick layer of hair from the carpet. A word of caution the filter is extremely effective and with the strength of the vacuum vacuuming fine dust particles like shake and vac carpet cleaner the filter reaquires a vigorous cleaning to dislodge the dust it collected. Naturally the vacuum strength falls off in this situation until the filter is cleaned and emptied. I found a very stiff nylon dish cleaning brush did the trick on the filter. Although I understand the filter can also be washed. I also greatly like the fact that you can use the power pack for different units. I also purchased the car buffer /polisher unit and will get the drill at some point. Finally for me I found this item including the charger and power pack (purchased seperately) were robust and pleasingly well made.

These are great and a no brainer if you have the Einhell battery's. Cheap enough to have one upstairs and downstairs for convenience. I was tempted to get the more powerful model but these are more than adequate for most jobs. They don't have all the fancy filters like some handhelds but this keeps them simple, lighter and easy to maintain.

Once battery charged and fitted it is quite a powerful hoover, convenient and ideal to grab for the smaller jobs. The long nozzle and tools are very handy, making it easier for you to stay upright while hoovering. Charged 2 weeks ago, still on first charge with no reduction in power. Very good value for money, does an extremely good job collecting dust and bits off the carpet. Very easy to use and not heavy at all considering the battery pack.

I had a much cheaper Lidl 20v mini for about 4years before it said bye bye and it was more than powerful enough and did always a great job. This one with a BETTER name, but is very weak in comparison which make it hard and more time consuming work. Certainly not good value for the cost.

I keep this in my tool box to clean up after repairs. It handles brick dust, saw dust & small bits of debris efficiently. So much easier than hauling around a ‘Henry’ !

I tried four different models similar to this one, and although the others claimed higher suction power on paper, this performed the best in practice. It replaced my old Bissell, whose battery no longer held a charge and for which there was no affordable replacement option. The Einhell feels very solid and well built. One advantage is that you can purchase separate batteries with different capacity options, so if the battery fails before the vacuum cleaner itself, it can easily be replaced. The included nozzle set is also better than that of many competitors. It is a bit noisy, but that is the trade-off for achieving strong suction power.
