I have to say hands down this is the best collar for my pup. She has been continuously licking a hotspot on her hind leg. Since using this collar she is unable to do so and in turn the hotspot has been healing. The collar is easy to inflate and stays in place with the assistance of her collar. The descriptive sizing was spot on. The entire collar seems really well made. A great feature is you can take off the cover and wash it. The collar is soft and not cumbersome like the traditional plastic collars. This truly is the best invention. The prices was super great as well.

I bought this as an overnight solution to my dog having to wear a cone after a "procedure." This donut is much more comfortable for him, and he also has a much larger degree of peripheral vision. I was initially concerned that he might still be able to get at his surgery stitches, which were on his front, lower left leg, but the donut was large enough to block his twisty-attempts to get at it. (My dog is medium-sized, 160-lbs.) Not sure how effective this would be with any hind leg access. The donut is inflatable, but the material is so durable it would probably take a dog charging into a pitch fork to puncture it. Still, it would be prudent to check it occasionally in case there are any slow leaks.

I liked this item for a couple of reasons. First and foremost, it meant that my dog didn't have to wear a plastic cone. The second reason is because my dog appeared far more comfortable in it than in a cone. It got so he didn't mind having it on at all which meant he spent FAR less time trying to get it off! He seemed to be able to get around the house a lot easier too; he wasn't constantly bumping into things.It seems to be reasonably well made. It's no harder to inflate than most pool toys and it held pressure for over two weeks. The cover is very soft. The only issue I really had was that the cover-zipper would occasionally unzip partially. It didn't affect anything…I just zipped it up again!All-in-all it seems to be a very good alternative to those annoying plastic cones!

Had our new puppy spayed. The bulky plastic cone the vet gave use looked so uncomfortable. Our dog could barely walk around with it on and had a difficult time eating or drinking water. Once we placed this on her, she was able to get around without any issues. We only inflated it about 2/3 full. It was still enough to prevent her from licking her wound, but it was comfortable enough for her to sleep in. The material seems to be very well made. We even washed it a few time and the coloring didn’t fade and it held together. Would definitely recommend.

This may work for some dogs depending on the location of what you are preventing them from licking. My 18 pound terrier was able to successfully lick his surgery site on his back thigh. Maybe he is super flexible or has a long neck, I'm not sure. If the wound was located on something like his belly this may have prevented him from licking. It seemed a lot more comfy than the normal cone so I tried this one, but it was not as functional at its purpose. It was easy to inflate (just like blowing up a beach ball). Not sure about the durability since he quickly learned how to still lick his wound site, this was not worn very long. Results will vary with this item based on the area you are preventing them from licking and the body shape/flexibility of your animal.

This was such a good purchase for my dogs! They were both more comfortable and relaxed in this than the cones we got from the vet! As long as you have something to blow it up with then you are good to go! The quality is very durable, very easy to use, the appearance was clear as day and very true to size, in case of emergency the cones were easy flexible to get on and off. And they hold up to the dogs playing around and their weight when they lay on them. Not a single scratch so far! Love it and would recommend anyone to use it!

My pup ... well she didn't love this, but she didn't hate it and that's about all I could really have hoped for. This donut has is flocked, and has a Velcro closure. We had another donut that wasn't flocked, and somehow she didn't like it as well. It also had a clip closure, which didn't seem as secure as the hook/loop closure which was very secure.The only bit of negative is after the first 12-14 hours, you may need to reinflate just a little bit. The first use the plastic stretches a little bit, but just that very first time. It doesn't cause any issues, and it isn't a real negative-- just something to be aware of.We loved this and it helped out tremendously after her spay.

Got this for my girl after her first stitches, she’s fine with a cone but I felt these were more comfortable to sleep in. She has a neck that measures 15” so I got a large, it barely fits her, I could put my hand in it. So definitely size down if you’re on the smaller end of the inches provided as a guide. I don’t see how it can be adjusted to go smaller than it is as it needs to be inflated. It’s easy to blow up, the collar instruction to add it in is unnecessary. I like the material and it’s easy to wash as it zips off.

Bought this for our puppy 5 yrs ago and worked perfectly for his neuter. I think it sprung a leak just at the end of his end of use, but it worked beautifully. I just bought this for our kitten’s spay. We didn’t have a regular cat collar for her as she is an indoor cat. Anyway, she scooted out of it every single time. As it was the weekend we had to run back to the vet to get one of their collars which work, but are very uncomfortable. Then we realized this collar would work if we purchased a regular collar that fits in the three enclosures fitted exactly for this product. Just received her collar today, and there is no way she can get out of this collar. She is super happy and comfortable with this one, and it works as intended. So happy with this collar, now twice purchased both for our puppy and now our kitten. She loves sleeping on her little cushion, can eat without the cone bstruction, but also can see properly. I highly recommend this collar and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy again!

Si allaccia con un comodo strap, che è regolabile.Ho preso la taglia S per la mia simil-beagle che pesa 9,5kg.

Fits perfectly and is very comfortable for him. Soft material and easy to put on. Good product and does the job of stopping him licking wound. A little bit pricey though

Super Produkt, klein aufzubewahren und der Hund (großer Schweizer Sennenhund) kann sich trotzdem normal bewegen. Größe perfekt für ihn!
