So easy to set up and I love the pump, other inferior fountains use a pump that you would find in a solar water ornament whereas this is totally different and has a sponge surrounding it to filter hair etc.. the filter design is also great as all the water has to flow directly through it to return to the bowl. The wee window on the front is lit up blue and clearly shows the water level. I have a Rottweiler and French Bulldog so it's plenty big enough for dogs and just not cats. The stainless steel design looks sleek and is so easy to clean

My cat has been diagnosed with kidney failure and I was advised by my vet to get a water fountain to encourage him to drink.The first model I tried he refused to use and every time we went near our kitchen sink he would be there trying to get a drink. So we thought we would try this model as it’s stainless steel like out kitchen sink and had the option of either a tap like spout or babbling effect. He is now drinking all the time from it. So we actually bought a second one for upstairs. The motor sound is super quiet and the only sound I can hear is the trickling water.Would highly recommend as it has stopped our cat constantly whinging to have us run the tap !

I've tried several fountains for my cats. After using several plastic ones, I decided I want to go with metal, so they aren't drinking microplastics and less bacterial growth with metal. The first one I tried worked ok but was so annoying! You couldn't see the water level but when it was anything but full, it made a horrible grinding noise! I shopped for ages and when I saw this one, I was so excited by the little window so you can keep an eye on the water level... and it lights up too!! So even in the dark, you can see the water level! It is so quiet, even when running low. I'm very happy with it!

Cats love it. It very easy to clean,hardly any noise and no mess!

Exactly as described. Very pleased with it. Took our cats a while to have a go, but they got used to it and preferred the fountain/tap to just a ripple. Remembering to top up the water is a must it is easy to forget!!

Best fountain we've tried.Easy to use.Not 'absolutely' silent but you wouldn't really notice it.We have a cat who loves water.We used to have a Pet Mate fountain but this is far better.Everyone who visits loves it and they've bought for their own cats and dogs.Our cat drinks constantly throughout the day so we need to keep it topped up and I recommend giving it a quick clean when you refill.

Absolutely horrendous and disgusting. The fountain arrived without a box so was getting bashed everywhere in thin plastic which is used for clothing items. Fountain had clearly been used with water marks. Plastic part cracked. Brown dirt where filter goes.

Works well but poor quality metal feels like a tin can not sturdy at all. Will see how we go with it
