I’ve been getting back into golf and was having issues shifting my weight to my front leg during my swing. The result? Hitting behind the ball. I went from 50% when I first got this mat to 80% in a month’s time of practicing and it still holds up well after 50+ swings per day.

I recommend to anyone struggling to hit the ball consistently. My schedule limited my ability to go to the driving range. Some days I’d hit the ball fat and sometimes thin. So far very happy with this. It's very easy to see how the club has twisted if you don't swing straight, and being able to just brush the fibers back into place to reset is a breeze. I wish it was even heavier than it is cause sometimes contact can cause it to slide around a bit. But overall a very useful tool.

I’ve been using the mat for about a month. So far, so good. The mat doesn’t show significant damage from my training. It is very cool to be able to see your hits. I'm new to the sport and before I had not a good idea of how every little thing you do in your swings affects the end result, now I know better.

We love the thicker mat. It’s very durable and made well. I love it in general because you can see where your swing goes!I did buy the thin bottom one and decided it was too much work for what it was. You have to put pins on the corners to get it to stay on the ground flat. The thick bottom you can take wherever as it is.

I just started playing golf this year and this mat has been very helpful in identifying my swing direction. I have it set up in my office and i take a few swings every time i walk by it. The my coworkers can't resist swinging on it as well. A great product for the price! Would recommend.

I bought this for my husband as a birthday gift and he loves it! Its sturdy so that he is able to hit it with full power without it breaking apart or moving out of place due to the tough grip on the back. It’s light weight enough that he can carry it in his golf bag or just bring it to random places (friend’s house or garage). I highly recommend to any golfer 👌🏽

The training mat has been very helpful as it helps detect my swing plane (I have a tendency to pull shots left). After working with the mat a couple of weeks, I am hitting the ball much straighter! Even though I purchased the thicker mat, it is easy to carry to the range. I would highly recommend!
