Birch Benders Paleo Pancake and Waffle Mix, 12 oz (Pack of 2) with By The Cup Swivel Spoons

We are on a low carb eating plan and were missing pancakes until we found this mix. It addressed our #1 issue with other pancake mixes - too many carbs. We were concerned that these would not taste great but the team created something that actually tastes better than our old pancake mixes. Thank you for serving those of us who are living the low carb lifestyle.

I have bought several keto friendly items and most of them had issues of either too much sodium or tasteless. These tasted good I look forward to breakfast when I am eating these pancakes.

Not so sure I'm into this mix. I used it for pancakes and wasn't super impressed with the taste. Also found the pancakes to be a teeny bit "gluggy." And I am someone who has made stacks (and stacks) of different types of pancakes from scratch over the years ----- so I know how to turn out (ha) a good pancake.I will try again and see what's what. I used organic oat milk (Three Trees) in place of the water, not that such a minimal amount of that liquid would make a big difference in the taste and consistency of these pancakes ---- but I prefer to use oat milk whenever a pancake mix calls for water.

Only pancake mix my toddler will eat. So easy. Add water and pour into the pan. Love it!

These are the best we have found for a keto diet

Taste is good. Felt ripped off by smaller bags.

I use this mix since I’m on a low carb diet. I add an egg, tsp vanilla, and add unsweetened almond milk instead of water. Taste delicious.
