Garbage
Got this as a gift for my Dad and it stopped working after maybe 5-6 uses. Not something you use every day, so of course it had been a few months and can’t be returned now. Typical off-brand garbage from Amazon.

Doesn’t work or I don’t know how to use it
This is not cleaning my jewelry at all. I tried first with just water because I read that it would still clean, but I saw no change. So then I purchased a cleaning solution and it is still not cleaning my jewelry at all.
