I'm in love with this set of Crackle Glass Ball LED Garden Lights. I'll tell you why:First, they are super easy to put together. The box contains clear bulbs and ground stake segments. Just pop them together to acquire the full length. The bulbs come well protected in bubble wrap. There is an on/off switch at the solar panel (be sure to take off film of plastic). Turn that on (activates battery), and they are good to go.I tried these out in early April in New York where we are not quite experiencing nice, sunny weather yet. Still overcast and rainy. Although the spot I want to put them isn't ready yet, I did not want to wait long to see how they look out of the box, so I went ahead and put them together. I planned to put them outside right away, though only in a testing spot, and not yet in their eventual spot in a garden (still waiting on continuously nice weather).They are beautiful! As I walked through my house to get to the door leading outside, I entered a dark hallway. As soon as a I reached it, I was pleasantly surprised to see them light up. HOW COOL! So pretty!! They don't necessarily need a full charge to start working. I am so happy that the battery was charged up enough to let me see how they look since it might be awhile before there is sunshine again, haha. The colors range from blues, to reds, purples, greens, and a yellowy orange. They transition to the next color quickly, but calmly. No strobe, no abrupt change, just peaceful to watch.The crackle glass makes really neat looking patterns on the wall (I will have to keep this in mind when I go to create my cozy garden, make sure there is a backdrop to enjoy full benefit of the visual effect these display). So I proceeded to put them outside anyway, in a temporary spot. I figure we might get enough light in coming days to top off the charge. I tucked them into a corner of the house that gets some sun. I am glad I did, as that very night I got to see them lit up again, and sure enough the colors shining through the crackle glass look really great! Even my husband, said "ooh pretty", when I pointed them out. Those aren't words that he would normally just say.I really look forward to adding them into a cozy, flower filled outdoor spot. I have a little nook on the side of my house that I can see through the windows, so I will be able to enjoy the look of the lights at night if I am inside or outside. I took with them inside, just before I headed out. I had originally turned them all on at the same time. The color change among them is currently timed about the same. I could alter that by turning them off then back on with more time between (and having the light cycle start). I will be sure to also take more glorious pictures once I have them set up outside, and add them back here (Im very involved with my reviews). I truly am impressed thus far.Looks like the battery can be changed out if at some point the battery no longer holds a charge. If you didn't know already, these lights just turn on when the environment is dark enough. I suppose you could get creative and use them inside (like in planter, or a vase) if you have something sturdy to hold them.So far, so good. If anything changes, or I notice any other details or important information I will be sure to be back to edit.

I adore the look of these at night in the yard! I have had this type of solar light for over a decade. As others indicate, I have kept parts, including the globes and steel point-cut stakes. I'm very glad I have! Originally, glass spheres I purchased were crackled with color and 4". (I currently have 3 different sizes!) There is, for me, a noticeable difference in illumination and the eye-catching visual in the yard between 4" and 3" spheres. Assembly is a breeze, the issue is placement in the ground. The quality of stake has gone from steel to aluminum with plastic tip, not nearly as durable. Also, if you move the stake the plastic tip often stays in the ground. It can help to use a long steel stake to drive into the ground first, then use a rod inside along with the hollow portion of the stake (skipping the plastic tip) for extra support. Because I enjoy the light show I will continue to purchase these lights. A NOTE to SOLPEX: I'd pay more to have, at least, the larger globe size. The steel point-cut stakes would be a bonus for easier placement in the ground and support. Hint, hint! : )

Update: Seller reached out and offered replacement. Product was delivered quickly and all 3 lights work well. Love the glow of the lights on my patio.Two of the lights work well. One of the lights worked the first night but has not worked since. Tried troubleshooting but no solutions worked. :(

My backyard is lit up so nicely with these outdoor lights. I ordered two packages and one didn't work so Amazon sent me replacements and I didn't have to return the other package. They make my yard look special and now I'm keeping my drapes open at night so I can see them from my bedroom. Super easy to assemble. Great customer service. However, I also had problems with the batteries and had to replace all of them. I emailed the seller, and they gladly sent me two more sets of free lights. The customer service is great so I'd suggest before writing a negative review to contact customer service. They definitely get a five-star rating from me.

I saw them at a friends house and ordered right away. I love the changing colors and the design and aesthetic. One of the three of mine is faulty and only works sometimes. I have cleaned off the solar sensor, restarted it and repositioned it to no avail but the other 2 are working 😊 .

I like it very much, but if the lights are more brighter would be very nice. Two out of 18 lights not working, appreciate if we can get 2 replacements??
