I am not one to write a lot of reviews, but I do make the time when I really feel others might benefit. We’ve been putting off getting an outdoor canopy for a couple of years now. We have a large umbrella that we use on our patio, and unless it rains, it’s enough to shade the sun while we eat. However, we’ve been going to more outdoor events with our children and grandchildren, and recently started selling at flea markets. Yesterday we used it for the first time at a vintage flea market, and I cannot believe we waited so long. When you open it for the first time you will be amazed at what the 10x10 size gives you. We were able to put our 8” table, 2 chairs for us to sit, and all the products we were selling easily within, and still had plenty of room for our customers. Best of all, we had more customers coming to our booth because it was cooler underneath than anyone else’s. We also had a surprise rain shower, a downpour actually, and not a drop came in through the canopy above. There were other canopies and umbrellas at the show but none to equal. At closing, my husband was talking with someone with a similar canopy, who was putting it away and I noticed the material was not as strong as ours, and the metal used seemed more flimsy. It has a similar setup, but just appeared and seemed to be less sturdy overall. We also didn’t open it before the show yesterday, and I was nervous about doing it “live” in case we had issues, but it is literally as easy as it says; I previously watched the video and it works as advertised. When we were done, I told my husband I wanted to try putting it away myself, in case I do a show on my own, and it was so amazing and easy to do, and this is coming from a 71 year old grandmother. I’m sure I won’t be able to do it in 60 seconds, but now I know I can do it alone in about 5 minutes. I do read reviews before I purchase and I saw some negative reviews, something about the poles, but I would say as long as you open and close it properly, they are definitely quite strong and should hold up for many years. I did decide to get separate weights for the 4 poles (40 pounds total), as I thought it might be quicker than using the 4 stakes, and it worked really well. But I’m sure the stakes would have done equally well. I ordered the weights that I found on the same page as this item, and they were so easy and quick to use. Between the price, the quality, and the functionality, it’s a definite win for us.

This canopy is great quality! My only complaint is only that it isn’t waterproof. I needed it for baseball games when it rains but the stitching in the middle causes it to leak. Mine may have been faulty so read other comments also. I am giving 5 stars for the AMAZING customer service and the overall quality and ease of putting up!

We’ve used this product for 5 months about 3 times a week in rain and sunshine. The frame is lightweight and when packaged in the bag, can be rolled. Since the frame is lightweight, be careful not to agitate it too much, this can cause it to bend and loosen the hardware that holds it together. The tarp that covers the frame is decent, but can be damaged fairly quickly, for instance if your tent blows away or limbs fall on it. We upgraded to a heavier duty tarp. The customer service is good and we appreciate the quick support and resolution of any issues we have had with the product.

Great pop up to protect from sun and rain. Very sturdy and goes up very easily. Would definitely buy again!!

I bought it in May, 2023. It's really easy to pop up, it's actually quite sturdy - I live in Colorado and this year we have a lot of severe storms, including hails. This canopy, despite not being attached to the ground have managed to survive through couple of them with no harm. Then another storm has come and it finally blown away my canopy. One of the legs was smashed, so I wanted to replace it. I reached out to "Best Choice" producer and they offered me a free replacement, despite the fact it was longer than 60-days since I bought this product and the damage was entirely my fault. I can't praise enough how easy and stressless it was to talk to their Customer Service. You have my full support, "Best Choice"!

I had no problem at all setting this tent up by myself. Takes time but can be done. The bag is sturdy and the cover is good quality. No complaints about this tent

Not for use in rain or wind. Medium grade frame. Looked nice for sunny day use. Refund recieved.

Used pop up canopy once. The cross members bent and the canopy ripped. The seller refused my request to return it because it was a few days passed the return date. Tried using Amazon's A to Z guarantee and they gave me the same response. Maybe they should call it A to A guarantee.
