Perfect for Dopey Costume
I bought a size 4T for my 2 year old and it worked out great. I wanted it to be a little on the big size since Dopey's clothes are big and baggy. I was able to put a long sleeve shirt under it and it was still nice a baggy (as I wanted it to be).
