Bought the 42 inch “escape” proof tube kennel for my 2 year old Rottweiler. Kennel came in a short period of time but box was beat up pretty badly “no fault of the company” kennel had small damage to the tray at the bottom nothing that would hinder the ability to keep my dog inside of it. Assembly was fast and easy, although the kennel unfortunately was a smidge small for my dog. So I emailed the company explaining that the box was damaged in shipping with provided pictures. Said that I was interested in returning/trading out for the next size bigger. Customer service was excellent, almost instant reply’s. We worked out a deal to get the larger kennel. The kennel its self is very well built. Heavy duty and the materials are all sound, hardware was all included alone with the required wrenches to assemble. The kennel comes folded in a box for shipping but is very easy to set up and fold back down. Even being a smaller kennel the door is huge and opens fully against the kennel. My dog had plenty of room to climb inside. Definitely recommended with anyone who has dogs that tear up wire kennels

I had to purchase a heavy duty crate for my 46lb dog because he destroyed his non heavy duty crate. Unboxing the product was easy. It is heavy and I recommend two people putting this together if you can’t lift heavy. I did this on my own and by myself it took about 45 minutes. It’s very simple to put together. It took me 45 because it’s lifting certain areas first and making sure pieces (attached) weren’t going to fall on my hand. I used the wall for support. It does tell you to remove the two removable parts, the solid plastic and the metal piece the dog lies on (get a bedding) for your pet. My dog hasn’t attempted to escape but I think it has a lot to do with the room inside the crate. My only complaints is that one part on top is uneven. It has nothing to do with the screws or being too loose or too tight-it was made unevenly (see images). That’s disappointing because it’s expensive. The unevenness of the part does NOT affect the product nor did it make it difficult to put together. It’s just noticeable. I don’t want to return it either because it functions. It does not fit between my bedroom doors. Make sure to measure your doorways if you want this to fit in any room. I do love that I can maneuver the crate anywhere and it has brakes.Lastly, It was supposed to arrive between certain dates, it was a day late, but it’s a day- had it been 2-3 days then I would complain. The seller quickly responded when I had asked for the tracking information and it was nice that he responded so quickly. Im giving the product 4 stars only because of the uneven part of product. I would buy again if needed. Again, this product is heavy, if you can’t lift heavy items, definitely ask a strong friend/family member toHelp you out!

I did not buy the divider because for my use I want the dog to have access on one side to pee where i put a pad, the other side for bedding and food/water. I bought the attached metal bowel brackets but honestly I have 5 yorkies and 2 knock the bowls over in excitement when I am coming. It will be fine though as they are only in for feeding and if I leave for an hour or two. They all have their own kennel to eat and sleep and come out to play. They are perfect sized for what I wanted and sturdy enough to stand up to the yorkies, and my houdini's can not climb out. I don't know how it would work with an larger, aggressive dog. Also, if you only kennel for bed time and your dog goes all night without potty breaks, you could use a divider and put dogs side by side. Mine do steal each other's toys and blankets through the slots though (just to warn you).
