Guide to an increasingly popular diet
The macro diet is gaining favor among dieticians and healthcare professionals because it is not super restrictive. This book opens by eplaining what the macro diet is and how it can work to help you feel better. The author explains what macros are and which ones matter. Then we get into the recipes. The author presents almost 120 recipes for the reader. They cover sweet, protein shakes, main proteins, soups/salads, wetc. The ingredient lists are clearly and the directions are easy to follow. There is also a 4 week meal plan so you can see it all put together and get a feel for how the macro diet works.

The Science
Learn about the science behind the macro diet and how it can help you lose weight or build muscle. Some of my favorite recipes are the sandwiches.

Not worth the purchase...
This book only has recipes, doesn't have much info and the pictures are black and white with bad quality... it looks like somebody photocopied a book, printed it and startef selling it... not worth the purchase.

Underwhelming and Lacking Substance
The "Macro Diet Cookbook for Beginners" by Emily Allen had the potential to be an informative guide for those interested in macro-based eating and reaching their fitness goals. However, my experience with this Kindle edition was underwhelming and left much to be desired. One of the book's main drawbacks is its lack of depth and substance. While the title promises the "ultimate guide," the content feels more like a surface-level overview rather than an in-depth exploration of macro dieting. It barely scratches the surface of the complex subject, leaving readers hungry for more information and practical advice. The personalized 4-week meal plan sounded promising, but it felt generic and not tailored to individual needs. It lacked the flexibility and customization that many readers might expect when they see the word "personalized." The recipes included are quite basic and do not offer much culinary inspiration or variety, which is disappointing for a cookbook. The writing style is clear but not particularly engaging, and it lacks the motivational or informative tone that might inspire and educate those seeking to improve their dietary habits. The content is somewhat repetitive, and the organization of the material could be improved for a more coherent and structured reading experience.Additionally, the book does not provide references or citations for the information presented, which raises questions about the credibility of the content. A more research-backed and evidence-based approach would have been beneficial for readers looking for reliable guidance in their fitness journey. In conclusion, "Macro Diet Cookbook for Beginners" falls short of delivering on its promise of being the "ultimate guide." It lacks depth, personalization, and culinary inspiration. If you're looking for a comprehensive and informative resource on macro-based eating, you might need to look elsewhere. While the book may be suitable for absolute beginners, those seeking a more robust and insightful guide to macro dieting may find it disappointing.

All about nutrition
By eating the right amount of carbs, proteins and fats every day you will lose weight and reach your goals. Learn all about the macro diet like, the foods to eat and avoid. The recipes in this cookbook are tasty and easy to make, which includes my favorites, smoothies. It comes with a meal plan to get you started and has bonuses such as, Intermittent fasting and the Keto diet, which you can add into the Macro diet. Overall a pretty good cookbook to have on hand.

Disappointing
I thought there would be more details around calculating and understanding macros. It’s very high level and some items are contradictory. No recipe photos and recipes are fairly basic.
