This is the first weighted ball I've purchased and I'm not disappointed. I can use this indoors and outside without feeling like it'll split or wear. Love the color. 15lb. Can do many exercises with it. For the money spent it was worth it. I like that it has a bumpy feel so that it doesn't slip when handling it.

It’s heavy duty and not flimsy like others

It's a good slam ball. It's the color I chose. It is exactly the weight I chose (25 lbs), which for me offers good resistance in a number of warm-up exercises without over doing it. The ball is pretty durable, I'm not an acrobat so I haven't tried standing on it, but it feels really good to put your weight on it for certain exercises. The softness of it makes it easy to grip. The tread on it makes it a pretty good massage tool. It does have some bounce, and I saw some negative comments about that, but after using it, I think it's really just enough bounce to keep you from breaking your floor tile when you drop it. The sound it makes when it thuds the tiled cement floor on my porch is very satisfying. It provides good, inexpensive, simple, straightforward prework / warm-up type of workout to get you out of bed and ready for the day, and/or relaxing nightcap workout.

Had to get this slam ball for my teen wrestler. This is the ball that won’t bounce and hit you in the face but there’s enough bounce to be able to catch without it going flat and ruining momentum! Got it for the great price!

Great weighted ball for slamming out some stress! Came as advertised. Seems very strong and has held up great so far!

The ball has an aggressive tread to it which is both a positive and possible negative. I could see it being a negative if you were holding the ball for a long time or possible throwing it back and forth and catching it. But for a few sets of Russian twists or slams the tread design should be a benefit. My biggest issue is I can feel the weight (sand?) material shift when I'm moving the ball around and it just feels awkward. I'll see if I get used to it or not. If not, I'll return but I like the ball otherwise.

Love the ball. Very sturdy and durable. I did a 30 minute workout with it above my head and omg I felt 20lbs lighter right after like I was floating lol. Great for slamming
