I only used a couple of times and it is powerful. Used dried red and green bell pepper flakes and ground to fine, resulting in powder that I use to sprinkle on food or in recipes. My lid had gotten a crack when I accidentally knocked it off the counter. The seller was great at getting me a replacement lid and only took 2 weeks instead of a month to get it since the parts are coming from China. The seller informed me upfront that it could take up to 30 days. Good customer service from seller, responded quickly and I got my replacement lid. I would purchase from them again.

Edited: The company reached out to me regarding the below review and was very prompt, professional, and helpful about resolving my issues. They replaced the product and it has been working well (although I don't try to push its limits anymore and I keep my expectations in check). Good product, great customer service. I bought this to use as a small blender both for grinding spices but also for making small quantities of things like herb oil and for grinding hard cheeses like parm into fine powders. I pulled it out of the box and it felt kind of cheap and the blades sit in the bowls very loosely which made me suspicious. I filled up one of the canisters with water to see if it would leak and guess what... it did. I don't know who built this but the canisters aren't even sealed and the blades are so dull that when I tried to make a quick batch of parsley oil, neither cannister could actually cut parsley! The herbs just wrapped around under the blade and got stuck (because of it's loose construction) and it just pushed the herbs around in the oil. Then today I tried to grind down some parmesan (which I had cut into 1/2" cubes to start with), the motor literally burnt out and started spouting smoke. It went immediately into the trash. If all you want to do is grind coffee/spices with it, I guess it might be ok for that but anything else, don't waste your money.

First of all, the sound is low, which is good. And it grinds well. It is easy to use and has a good design.

I love this! It’s easy to use, nice looking, great performance, easy to clean, and isn’t that messy! It’s compact enough for my tiny home, but also large enough to grind a bunch of coffee! I haven’t used the cross shaped did processor so I can’t comment on how well it works for wet chopping…

The media could not be loaded.  I requested a replacement of the coffee canister because it seems loose and the blade in the herbs canister is very steady and secured however the new grinder also has the blade in the coffee canister loose. My question is: Is the blade in the coffee canister supposed to be loose? If so, I don't need to swap the items and I will send back the new replacement. I don't need to send the 1st purchased product if they all have the blades of the coffee canister loose, I can send a video to better explain the concern.

The media could not be loaded.  The product worked great for a couple of months but then it all fell apart in a matter of days. It says you can use this grinder for wet food but one of the containers leaked from day one. More recently the blade on both of the containers became loose at the base and started to get stuck until the motor just gave up. I would recommend spend little extra and get a well know brand like Netribullet for a reliable product.

This machine is amazing I was skeptical at first because of the price but it grinds my coffee beans perfect. I am a big espresso drinker and no doubt in my mind that this product was totally worth the money and works great.
