I placed this in my bathroom sink, I love how I can adjust how I want the water to come out

Very easy to install and does not rust. However, after one month of use connected to bathroom sink, it cracked when turning the switch to off on the actual shower head to pause the water flow. It could not endure 2 seconds of the build up of pressure. We had previously used the off switch so the seal probably wore off over time. If you purchase it, turn off the main source of water and do not use the off switch. The water now sprays out of the Crack and gets everywhere. Unfortunately, unusable and past 30 day return window. On a positive note, The scalp massage bristles are a great feature.

Installation was relatively easy and requires no particular skills. Convenient device for all users, but especially nice for my elderly mother.

Great when it worked but cracked near the spray nozzle after 4 months of use. Poor quality part. Now is sprays water out the crack and leaks when in use.Follow-up: I emailed the company and explained the situation and provided a picture of the defective spray nozzle. They promptly shipped a new one out. Customer service is 5*

I have bad knees that prevent me from getting out of a bathtub. With this device I can set on a seat placed in the tub and take a comfortable shower. The shower head can easily be turned on and off with the switch on the head. This saves a lot of water by allowing me to wet myself down then soap up and rinse without running the water the entire time.

Making it easy for brushing teeth and washing hair

Great unit. Adds a lot of versatility to my half bath. Works very well, and great customer service from the seller.

Material not the greatest. Wall should be with screws to lock the mount. The peel on the mount did hold.
