I just recently bought this product for myself and my fiance, both of us so far since trying it out absolutely love it. It is nice to have a remote to change through the different modes to keep track of your walking journey. I am 5'2 and my fiance is 6'3 with above average sized feet and the length of the treadmill works perfectly well for him which is nice to know it works for pretty much everyone's size. I would highly recommend to purchase! And the reason for my 4 star review instead of 5 is only because it needs to be oiled almost every use or it will made a loud rubbery noise from the belt rubbing.

I really wanted to love this treadmill, it seemed very easy to assemble but my first walk on it after testing it the band just kept slipping and I am afraid I will injure myself if it slips too far and I misstep. Hopefully this is just an issue with the one i received as I purchased this brand due to it's good reviews but i cnat imagine using this long term with the issues im having with the belt. Hoping there may be a video on youtube that can show how to fix the belt issue.Update: great customer service helped with the item and resolved the issue

Before buying this, or any other product, I read the reviews. The other reviews and videos confirmed the treadmill was lightweight, quiet, had wheels and came fully assembled as advertised.I also found those who experienced any issue with the treadmill called customer support and received excellent customer service. For me this was the deciding factor between this treadmill and others like it.So here’s my experience. My treadmill arrived on a Wednesday; I immediately opened the box and followed the minimal setup instructions. Unfortunately the treadmill arrived with a motor issue but luckily Customer Service was just as great as described. Within minutes the customer service person confirmed it was a motor issue and started the process to send a new replacement. About 2hrs later I got an email to confirm my delivery address and that was it. Today, Friday my replacement arrived. It’s running great and whisper quiet.Best customer service ever! I love this walking pad. There was no set up. Pulled it out of the box, plugged it up, put batteries in the remote and started walking on the pad. It’s a little heavy in terms of moving it, but it is fabulous and l am glad I purchased it. Easy to slide under the sofa, to keep it from taking up space.

The treadmill is a good size fits in small space. My dislike is that when it startes it pulls you back a bit causing you to slightly go off balance and if you don't stay in the middle of the threadbelt it can cause you to fall off. It is decent for the price.

Great walking treadmill for under my desk. Only bummer is that whenever I have to get off the treadmill for a second, I have to turn it off and it doesn't have a pause button. You have to turn it off and start all over.. Kinda silly! Other than that, easy and slim to slide away whenever not in use.
