Rusty after one use
I have used this item only once to grill chicken breast. I have washed it and dried with microfiber cloth, however it got rusty after just first use, as seen on the pictures. I would never buy it again.

Wouldn’t heat up on Induction Hob
Firstly, I can’t fault the delivery, instructions or build quality. I seasoned the pan as per the instructions. All good there. The problem came when trying to use the griddle pan side. Because the reverse, (flat side) has a lip round the edge the whole pan does not touch the hob. This means that the griddle doesn’t heat up sufficiently enough to cook meat. For that reason I am returning it.

good looking
Arrived as scheduled. Nicely wrapped. Smaller than I thought but there again I am not very good with metric. Looking forward to using the pan.

This was an experiment - I found it unsuitable
The product works, it heats up very fast. It needs to be over two heating elements on my induction hob.I found that things tend to stick to it, it is difficult to clean and it has to be left for a long time to be cool enough to move safely. It is too long to get into a washing up bowl to soak. I can manage it but my wife, who has limited use of one arm, can't lift it. After use it leaves difficult to remove marks on the hob. The metal is quite rough which tends to put me off using it on the induction hob anyway.
