very handy to have aroundI bought it to use with the camper, but find I use it, rather than using the regular ladders, around the house.I carry it in the pickup and have used it in remote, unexpected circumstance's.

Used..I paid for it as used - like new.. box was very damaged..ladder itself is missing parts, lots of scratches & dings, unable to put the support cross base on, missing clips, missing wheels. VERY disappointingOther than that.. its a great ladder, telescopes nicely, compact enough for it to fir in my car

Well, I agree with other reviewers, not lightweight at all...but, OTOH, this is one heavy duty ladder that must compress to a small foot printthat takes a lot more metal than a standard ladderbut they should not call it light...the function of the ladder is a bit confusing, but I figured it being mechanical....but what about some instructions for the average user??? huh?the ladder functions as described, however, it can be hard to compress, for that, I put wax all over it, and this helped a lot, so some tweaks are helpful.If you use little giant ladders you know the benefits of this ladder.the advertisement above does a good job showing its benefits...I am only deducting 2 stars for no instructions and stiffness, otherwise, a good value vs. LGiant...if DIY, the savings is worth it... so still recommended...

Not a fan of the way this functions, it's difficult to maneuver and change lengths for me. Too big of a step when not all the way open. Not stable when open all the way. And much heavier than I wanted. And even when collapsed to the "small size" it's too big.. I need a different one... who wants to take this thing off my hands?

Unsafe

Literally never stays locked, wobbles too much and you need multiple people to open it. Trying to open it up by yourself is ridiculous

I used this ladder in order to clean my eaves troughs. It's not as heavy and bulky as other ladders and I was able to use it without too much trouble. It has a little flex to it which is helpful.
