Well made and a Very strong opening push
I was sceptical at first, I have in the past used loft hatch catches which are made of metal to do this job, and they work reasonably well. This is a plastic product designed specifically as door release and closure kit. The capture unit sits on the cabinet side and the buckle (catch) sits on the opening portion. A sticky pad ensures the correct position. It can be used on drawers too. Some modification may be required to accommodate the length of the capture unit, but it is worth it. One problem I had is that the adjustment by screwing in and out the plunger was that my plunger on both units does not move in or out when loosened or tightened although it will screw up tight? This has no detriment to the operation and the only effect is to ensure the distances are correct before final screwing up is done. I found it best to assemble the unit as if it were fitted and mark exactly where the capture unit fitted (easiest on a two door cabinet. The opening push from the unit is quite strong and should manage most weights of door. We have larger doors on an under stairs cupboard which had a conventional set of this type of opener fitted and they never were satisfactory, this set of Jiayi openers are doing a very good job and from the construction I think they will last a long time, if not I will edit - until then they are getting four stars, one lost through lack of promised adjustment.JC

Magnets too weak
Magnets are so weak it doesn’t hold cupboard door! This was to replace an old defective one, can’t believe the difference in the two magnets. Requested a return, not fit for purpose

not bad
a similar one from the high street DIY job is about the same price for ONE of these. This does the job, and seems to be well made.

Great for hands cupboards
Easy to install these push door openers. I use these on my kitchen cupboard as I don't have handles.Pack of 2, clear instructions. Sturdy and durable.Good quality and excellent spring action.Would recommend as excellent value for money.

good quality, robust, strong pop-out spring, retains the door as expected
These door retainers are of good quality manufacture and perform the task admirably, with a strom sprong that pops tghe door our positively and retains it in the closed position. These catches are more robust and positive in use than previous ones that i have had, but depending upon location can be a little fiddly to install and adjust. The double-sided pad sticks it ok but I am always skeptical with this method of attachment as it usually ends in tears, so I always recommend using the pads for alignment, and then secure properly with screws. the longevity will be proven over time i guess, ill report back after 200,000 operations....if I remember LoL!£9.99 at the time of my review, nor super cheap but an acceptable price for the quality and the functionality that they provide.

Great Way to Do Away With Handles
We have a kitchen cupboard door which we couldn't buy replacement hinges for because they no longer made the correct style that we could find. After locating regular cabinet hinges on the other side of the door, we couldn't add a handle to open the door as the drawers would catch it (it was a corner unit). These catches were the perfect solution, they enable us to just push the door to open it and shut it. When closed, the spring will push it open, when open, pushing it will click it shut. The catches seem pretty good quality and the spring seems fairly powerful, and clicking it shut holds it in place. Only time will tell how well these work, or last, but it certainly serves its purpose for now.
