I got this smartwatch about a month ago, the only problem I faced is it's heart rate monitor doesn't work unless it's touching something so we have to leave distance between hand and watch about 2-5mm, don't know how it works(pretty much fake?)But irrespective of that the watch is pretty sick, quality is nice and rugged strap feels a little cheap but fine according to price. Display size is pretty big and quality looks cool and has bunch of faces to select from. The app support is nice too. But due to the metal part the touch at corners sometimes gets mistouched and that's all

Given the reputation of your brand, I did not expect suchpoor quality, and this has been extremely frustrating.In an attempt to resolve the issue, I visited your listed servicecenters in Thane, only to discover that many of these locations wereeither closed, no longer supported Firebolt products, or were simplynonexistent at the addresses provided. This is incrediblydisappointing and speaks to a severe lack of proper infrastructure forcustomer support.Moreover, the customer service hotline is fully automated, and I havebeen unable to speak to a representative to address my concernsdirectly.
