This Over the Top food topper for joint support has all of the things I have been looking for to give my dog some added nutrition. I like that it has natural sources of prebiotics and probiotics from sprouted organic grains and fruits. I also feel better feeding a supplement that focuses on whole food ingredients rather than synthetics. The product is in a fine powder form and upon opening it smells like a fresh green smoothie. I expected my dog to hate this as she despises vegetables and I was right. I added half of a scoop to her food and she would not touch it. I had to put freeze dried beef liver on top to entice her to finish her meal. I will continue the bag because I love the ingredients and really think it will benefit her. It's the fact that my dog hates vegetables (but needs to eat them) that this topper failed but obviously other dogs will be different.

Been feeding the dogs meal toppers for a while yet. I like that this is already granulated so it makes it easy in my thumbs.I am trying to determine if the dogs like it or not since so far we are at a 50-50 eating when I serve it up.Will update as more determination becomes clear.

I use this on its own as a topper or sometimes we make a gravy out of it. All the dogs here love it and it makes for a nice change of pace for their meals. I can't claim the joint support or probiotics help or do anything at all, but for an alternative addition to their meals now and then, it's good.

But I will persist in trying to get decent foods into her, instead of the junk food equivalent she demands. other than that, she hates everything and seems prepared to hate this,too. You win some, you lose some, when it comes to pets and what they will like, so reviewing their foods remains kind of a subjective thing.

Focker's my dog. (If you were a kid in the 70's - you're welcome.) He's kinda a hot mess. Has some thyroid issues and believes with every fiber of his being that I'm trying to poison him. Everything is suspicious. But he loves this stuff on his food and will eat it - every bite. Makes it a bit easier to hide his thyroid meds. He seems to be adjusting to it well. Sometimes when adding supplements, he gains the ability to create fecal Jackson Pollack artwork and this was flawless. My only wish for this is please put it on subscribe and save! I'd add this to my monthly order in a second. Instead I have to depend on me to remember to order it! That's not good! But this stuff is great!

good food topper, smells like veggies and good ingredients

I love the supplemental value and ingredients of this product and the fact that it is made in USA. My dogs are pretty picky and do eat this topper. So I am pretty happy with this topper.There are a couple small things holding it back from 5 stars... One is the packaging, two pet-peeves in one...The seal was very close to the zip lock part so the cut mark was way off and super close to the zip lock. Secondly, the zip lock does not seal because powder gets into it and keeps it from locking closed. The other is the serving size is confusing. The serving calculation is in grams but it doesn't tell you how many grams one scoop is...
