I have cprd in my wrist and it hurts like hell so much so I want to hack my right hand off. As this is not advisable and not sure that the nhs would be impressed with this action I took advice from my physio to use a bag of frozen peas and wrap them up so it don burn the skin.The items are very thin. Whilst they are in a protective bag that comes with the item to stop frost burns they defrost much much much to quickly. I have knocked one star off purely because of this.

I recently twisted my knee and these have been really an excellent form of pain relief (plus the pain killers of course). I was able to alternate between hot and cold compresses and this helped bring down the swelling. The gel packs plus the sleeve are a really good size and don't flop around like a wheat bag would do. They seem to be very well made and likely to last for ages - hopefully I can put them away and not use them again for years.

I've gone through many many hot packs because they're one of the few things that brings me relief when my eczema is playing up. Most usually leak at some point. These are still going after 3 months or so. Compared to other vendors this is great value, you get three packs and they're actually quite big/long. I can easily hang one round my neck which is very soothing. I haven't had to use packs 2 or 3 as the first is still going strong. If the day comes when all three have died I will be buying this item again without hesitation.

So convenient much better than ice pack. Game changer. If I get a year out of them, I'd be happy. I don't use the sock sleeve things you can buy, just wear a shirt, but gf also uses sleeve things. Three is a good number cause you can cycle through them, and put on both shoulders at once. one would probs be frustrating

Good product. It heats up or freezes quickly and is big enough to cover a good area. If I could make one improvement it would be to add a little Velcro so it could stay on round a wrist or ankle.

Holds cold for incredibly long time.Heat is milder than anticipated but still soothing.

My wife has used Hot/Cold packs for some time now as one part of an armoury for a stiff neck. The previous wore out with use - these make a suitable replacement. Heat up in the microwave and wrap in a towel [ I'm not sure the sleeve is sufficient if the pack is well heated?]
