Awesome cycle

Bike looks good but its not east to assemble.

Excellent customer service, decent product.
The bike has many pros and cons, however what impressed me the most is the commitment of the seller to customer care. I remember reading about it before purchasing,but experienced it first hand last week. When the wheel had a problem they were quick to identify the issue on call and WhatsApp photos and immediately sent a replacement. Now my child is back to riding again. The product Pros: lightweight, perhaps a bit too lightweight. Easy to install and fix. Adjustable Handlebars and seats. Cons: had a bit of difficulty fixing the front wheel and Handlebar, because yhe screw wouldn't get tight enough. The paint job on the handlebar comes off easily. Overall: decent product for the little one, excellent customer service.

Value for money deal compared to the branded stuff, though seems a bit light and has no bearings in the wheel, just hoping it lasts. Assembly was easy. Condition was mint new. Not as sturdy as I’d have imagined, but let’s hope it sustains for kids that age & weight.
