GayaMexican Vanilla Extract

This vanilla is the best of the real vanilla extracts that I have tired and I have tried many in my baking and cooking! I first saw it on a cooking show from Mexico where you were toured through the original factory that produces it and has made it for so many years. If you are building up a gourmet food shelf this is the vanilla to add to it. Also, the bottle you received is a large one that will last you a long time and justifies the price!

Can there be a BEST vanilla? I had been buying Madagascar Bourbon, but decided I wanted to find a high quality organic Mexican variety, since vanilla produced in Mexico is supposed to be of superior quality and flavor. I do a lot of cooking and baking, so I go through a lot of vanilla, and I can taste the difference when I change ingredients. Well, this change was amazing. This vanilla is sooooo good that I look for things to add it to, especially hot cocoa and ice cream/cream based drinks. The flavor is superior AND it's organic. Can't be beat.
