Good enough for my needs; screws and allen key was missing from the box though---good thing I had my own.

I'd give this bed 5 stars if it weren't for the fact that the headboard is extremely uncomfortable to lean back on due to the design of the "lip" at the top, which can cause bruises if you aren't careful!

Overall Super happy!!, I give it a 4/5 because there's alway room for improvement.It was easy to assemble, and the tools came included, the only thing that wasn't included was a screw driver that you only need for the base board. I am happy with my purchase.

The good: This bed looks great! Super pretty and modern. Great storage space under the bed.The bad: It doesn't seem especially well made. I suppose you get what you pay for, but there is not much to this bed frame...just a few pieces of wood. We'll see how supportive it is for our college kid.The bad: The instructions are worse than the worst IKEA instructions. My husband is an aerospace engineering technician and he was extremely frustrated.

As you can see, the headboard looks nothing at all like the pictures. It is much darker in color and doesn’t have the cool wood grain look as shown in the listing.Also, the instructions say no other tools necessary, but this is FALSE! You have to drill the slats into the frame and make new holes, so power tools were needed.3/5 because it is still a nice wood bed frame and the price is amazing! since it is so cheap it is nice to still have wood + good quality. It seems pretty sturdy, although I haven’t slept on it yet

That the underneath support legs for the mattress are raw wood and are visible when looking at the bed from outside the room. That the screw to put this together are visible from the top and sides of the headboard. Not what I wanted. You get what you pay for. REVISION. The company stands behind its products and fixes this for us. Thank you!!!

This time I choose Giantex bed frame again because I am its loyal customer of its bed frame. Nothing bad to say, easy to install with clear instructions manual. After 2-month use on it, nothing happen like squeaky. Everything is perfect, I will keep choosing Giantex.

Sturdy and easy to put together.

It's light weighted and very easy to install. I should have chosen the dark colour. Just wondering if the piece of wood on the top of the headboard is useless?
