You can get 12L from it but it's at a ratio of 1:4 so if you want 5L it means you need 1L of cleaner then 4L of water.. Which in turn using half of what you bought, so if you got a big patio you will be using the entire bottle in just 1 application 😱 doesn't sound so super concentrated to me

The item arrived leaking as the seal was broken.Decided not to complain and used the product as per instructions. After a week, there are still rusty brown patches all over my patio, some worse than others. Packaging mentions can leave rusty brown patches but says these will dissipate. Does not give any indication of time. Do not use if you are having a gathering any time soon! I will go back to key washing which I had to do anyway.

I use this on a regular basis in the spring. My paths stay clean all year. Would highly recommend.

Great stuff, great price.Just spray n walk away, the rain does tge rest.This is one of those products that stops you painstakingly working hard.This product does it all itself.

Easy to apply using a small pump action sprayer. Apply and let it work. You will get better results if you scrub the surface after but its hard work. Lasts around 4 months but if you want to get through winter without too much algae or scum on your paths, I suggest a double strength mixture and a good jet wash.
