Purchased this for my mother for a convention she was attending. She loved it!

It was okay for the occasion I needed did not like that I could not get the bow to puff up like in the picture

This hat arrived flat. I could not get the flowers to fluff. The hat material is cheap. I guess it just depends on the luck of the draw if you get a good one, I say that because some pictures on here show fluffy flowers. Over all it was a fail, sent back!

Perfect for our application. Took granddaughters out for High Tea to help them learn about some of the better things in life. They enjoyed dressing up, we ask had fascinators on and practiced our best manners
