High Quality alarm
Used for my enclosed trailer mounted under the tongue. Alert on initial vibration for warning. Sounds full alarm for second movement. Works great!

Top notch
This alarm works better than advertised. There is no way a thief can tamper with your equipment without this going off. It's loud and obnoxious. Very easy install. I highly recommend it. Awesome, top notch product!

Not worth $60
This alarm probably costs $1.29 in raw material. Paying $60+ feels like I already got robbed.

Could be much better.
Well, here's what you need to know. There's several similar alarms like this. Some using batteries and this one rechargeable. Some strap on and this one screwed on. So I purchased this one, the "Pro" model which basically has a wider aluminum base which to screw it down. Sound better but the concept is off and here's why.First, you will drill into your trailer to screw it down. Do you really want to do that? The only thing you will accomplish is securing the aluminum base. The plastic alarm is held on with double sided foam tape. The chain is only as strong as the weakest link.Second, you may need to remove it to recharge it, OR, run an extension cord to plug a charger in, OR, but a $28 solar panel and leave it plugged in for a few days to recharge it, OR, remove it to bring it inside to recharge it, OR, attach with some tie wraps so you can remove it.Personally, looking back now, I'd perfer the unit would have been more securely attached to its aluminum base via riveted or structual epoxy and have replaceable batteries. In the plus side it works. It would be more sensitive if it wasn't mounted with a foam double sided tape but it's sensitive enough. It's 4 days past my return point, life got too busy. I should have sent it back as it's definitely overpriced for what it does. I have a similar one I purchased for my motorcycle, works as good if not better, and uses 2 AA, under $20.
