However, I could have dived deeper into specific subjects. Despite that, it's a good starting point for anyone who wants to embrace their older me :)

This is a comprehensive how to guide which provides nuggets on how to live your best life. The material is well-written and elucidating. Not only does it focus on healthy eating and exercise, it also takes into account our mental health. As someone over 50, I find this material particularly impactful.

Covers everything - A great read!
I love how this book covers every possible factor that contributes to aging - especially the mindset side. The author does a really good job of breaking up the information which makes the book easy to read, and the tips he provides are actionable and can be done by us all. A really thorough book and I'm excited to implement its teachings.

Good for the Physical and the Mental Side
The parts about healthy eating such as the Mediterranean diet, sleep and intermittent fasting I found to be very informative and helpful for physical health.What makes this unique is that it also gives a lot of advice for helping mental health such as handling loneliness and making friends. This side of health is quite often overlooked or only added as an after thought which gives this one a satisfying edge.

Lovely tone throughout the book and a great resource
I love reading and researching books about wellness and health and especially health in the order years as hopefully we all have to consider this at some stage. This book really made me think about my life and what I want it to be like in my old age. The book contains well thought out, practical tips all through the book. Would happily recommend.

A lot of the information in this book I have read before or I knew before but this has been a great reminder of the very basics of a healthy life. Anyone around the age of 50, do yourself a favour and read this book. Live long and prosper!

Clear, easy to read and very handy
There were so many nuggets in this book. Something that particularly stood out for me was the author's perspective on how he views stressful situations and that most situations are exactly how you perceive them to be. Really liked this book highly recommended.
