I have used this. It colors my hair but it turned out too redish instead of brown. It also dried my hair out a lot. Other than that it works.

She had to wear a wig to work for a month before she was cleared to see a hair specialist to re-dye and cut away the damaged hair. She lost six inches off her long hair, and she is still having to use a treatment to see if her hair will fill in like it used to be, Do not use this product!

I was hesitant to try a dye shampoo because I was concerned about coverage but this brand covered my gray hair down to the roots.Only at my hair line there was less coverage which I should have put the shampoo on thicker and longer.After washing out and drying hair was soft. They sold the wrong color and showed the wrong color ! Now my hair ir dark again !! And for me was very hard get a light red color in my hair , now I have dark bc in the pic they showed a different color more light and it is dark . The product really is good but they have to take care with the colors that they showed as example .
