The camera worked perfect the 1st day. I was able to connect to the WI-FI and look at the images as well as the live view. The next day I noticed it not working. The camera just shut off. I could not get it to turn on. I then took the batteries out and re-installed them. Now the camera would come on and hook up to the wi-fi, but would not take pictures. It just kept showing "APP connecting" I don't know if this is the APPS fault or the camera fault. All I know is I want something to work. I am going to return it to Amazon and see if I can find one that works. Too bad, I really liked the features of this camera.I managed to fix the camera problem. It seems to be working now. I was really bothered about it shutting off and what I had to do to get it back to working order. I'm not going to return it at this point to see if it continues to work. I like the camera.Update The LCD screen went black. No customer support. Don't buy Only lasted 7 months.Seller did respond and offered some assistance. We will see what that amounts too. I will update again.Last update. I requested the seller either offer to replace the bad unit or give me a refund. Unfortunately nothing happened. My advice is to buy a different brand that customer service is better. Buyer beware!

Had this camera for 3 months. Impressed with video and picture quality. Lithium batteries are a must! Only use for night security so batteries last a long tine. Occasional connection issues and only 5 second trigger activation are the reason for 4 stars. Pleased with the camera so far.

The media could not be loaded.  Definitely well worth the money, app is easy to use, and just having you phone within 5 feet you can see the pictures on the camera without opening it up, just have to connect to the cameras wifi. set specific time for video or picture or time in-between shots and the motion detection works great, night vision is a 9/10 its little fuzzy with videos at night but during the day, very very clear for a trail cam. only thing wrong with it is the temperature reading always -10-20 below the real temperature outside, and same with the battery, when it is 40ish or below the battery icon reads it needs new battery but having it at room temp for awhile shows the battery life is fine, the cold messes with it a little bit but who pays attention to that when it still works great. Definitely very well worth it and I will probably get another one soon

I've had this camera up on the feeder we have set up behind the house for a few weeks now.Pros: takes clear pictures, motion sensing seems to be very effective.Cons: I guess I didn't understand the functionality on this "wifi connected" camera - I assumed that the camera would connect to my home wifi and I would be able to access the photos on the app from the house (or anywhere). In actuality the camera has its own wifi network that the phone has to connect to, so you have to be within a few dozen feet of the camera and then you can access and download the photos, which can take quite a while. I check it every couple days and I'm generally out there for 15 minutes between connecting, downloading all the pictures, and then deleting them off the camera.
