Lovely large case which, as promised, fits within the measurements allowed by airlines such as BA. Got the blue one with tan trim which looks smart and I which should stand out more on the carousel from all the black ones. Looks strong. Has a TSA lock with three combination numbers as part of the case (not a padlock that others have mentioned/ complained about) which enables you to lock the two zips in place so your stuff doesn’t fall out everywhere but which can yet also be opened by border/ security staff without them having to break in. Well designed inside… When opened there is an equal size space in both halves of the case, one half of which has elasticated straps for holding clothes in place. Cleverly, a big zipped net pocket sits in between the two halves of the case (instead of against a side) and has a zip all around it’s edge which allows you to seal everything in the other side of the case under the pocket. Four smooth moving wheels, which turn 360 degrees. Rubber handles on the side and top, useful for lifting it, and extendable handle for pulling it along. A few people commented on a big sticker on the case (which advertises its features) leaving sticky marks behind but I found that a baby wipe took the stickiness off very quickly and without leaving any mark or stickiness behind. Have bought for my son who is going in a gap year so needs to take more with him than we usually would on a holiday. Feels quite lightweight (exact weight given in advert)… at least until we stuff it with everything he needs for the year ahead :) Note (as some have missed this) that there’s a QR code on the box it’s delivered in which you can scan to take you to the link to register for the warranty, which I was able to do with ease and then got an emailed confirmation of.

Was bigger than I imagined but easy to manoeuvre on the wheels. Liked the separate components they were very handy. Seemed flimsy when open but when zipped up it was sturdy. Great price and quick delivery. All in all very pleased

Suitcases were not overweight even the largest size weighted less than 23kg. I was able to use the set for once and unfortunately since the warranty period ended I didn’t get any compensation or even a single suitcase replacement although I ended up with no suitcase literally just after one flight. I shared the pics of the suitcases before the flight at the airport and asked for a discount or at least one cabin size replacement but unfortunately the customer service representative couldn’t help. They were responsive though I have to give credit. Years ago I used their two other sets( bubble ones) they were good value for the price but this one was shocking as I left with suitcases that I was unable to drag as the wheels were all broken it was a nightmare at the airport :/

This purchase has left me deeply dissatisfied and inconvenienced.Upon receiving the luggage, I immediately noticed several problems I was surprised to find that the luggage arrived without any accompanying paperwork or documentation. In my previous experiences with your company, I received essential information and documentation with each luggage purchase, which has been notably absent this time.Furthermore, I discovered that the inside of the suitcase was open when it arrived, suggesting a lack of proper quality control. This oversight raises concerns about the overall integrity of the product and the condition it was in when shipped.The defective lock mechanism also presented a significant issue. One of the locks failed to properly secure, which not only compromised the safety of my belongings but also highlighted a manufacturing flaw in the product.Moreover, I encountered an issue with the handle’s zipper, which had been installed incorrectly, necessitating my own intervention to correct it.Due to these substantial and varied defects, I am unable to utilize this luggage for my travels as intended. Unfortunately, I find myself in a situation where I am unable to return the luggage promptly due to travel constraints and time limitationsOther than that it does look nice.

Quality adequate to the price plus looks good.
