I didn’t buy from Amazon but thought I should review!The most important is how they work, for work. Perfect in noisy areas the noise cancelling is brilliant. I am not so keen on flicking the microphone down and up but, generally it is fine for mute/ unmute.I love how they fold up, the pass through sound button to quickly go from noise cancelling to hearing around you is very handy.They are great for travelling - many hours of music and brilliant to have them connected to my work laptop and phone at same time, I can take a call from either device without messing about.I’d buy another pair for my partner if I wasn’t a tight wad :)

Brought these from other independent reviews and wanted to love them.Pros: the quality is amazing they feel great SO comfy and the sound and mic quality is great. Good battery life and I love that they can found down for commuting if needed.Con: I had to send these back as even though I had gone through the set up, downloaded the app and updated the firmware they would regularly not work. I would join a teams call and they wouldn’t auto connect, would have to fiddle around and reselect the headset multiple times. It would also put me on hold within teams at the start or mid call. When googling I found this was a common issue.Such a shame as everything else was great, tried troubleshooting but became just too much of an issue especially for the money. Until they sort the connectivity issues wouldn’t recommend as not reliable

Since lockdown, a Jabra headset has been an essential piece of kit for me at the office or at home, now with the new 65 Flex they fold up small enough to take on my travels, ideal for the train.I’m lucky that we have standardised on Jabra at our business, as we upgrade kit, I always try get at the front of the queue to try out the latest gadgets first. I was particularly keen to get my hands on these due to the wireless charging dock, I’m terrible for leaving my headset on and forgetting to charge it, problem solved now! 😊As for the day-to-day use and functions this headset doesn’t disappoint, connects every time with perfect sound quality, ANC is superb, and they are very comfy to wear even for long periods.

They are great while they work, but unfortunately this is my third Jabra headset in 3 years. They all seem to fail with the same problem, after a while the boom arm just stops and then rather than people saying your mic and ANC is great, they start saying we cant hear you or you keep cutting out.So again, asking for replacement under warranty.They are a great headset, fit really well in bag and amazing for commuting, train etc.But just know one day (normally when away for work) they will fail. And you best hope your not out and about that day...

Microphone sounds like your under water! Get the old 75 version!

On Teams calls I can hear everyone on the meeting, but they can't hear me. Have to switch back to old headset.
