Crisis Intervention and Crisis Management: Strategies that Work in Schools and Communities

As a law enforcement officer, this book gave me several levels of insight I had not thought of, but it was easy to understand. Such as how stress effects children of differing ages, their emotional needs, and how you can help yourself (or get help) after a crisis. With the school shootings and other violence in the US (as well as abroad) this is a must read for school security members, and any other school-related staff members.
