A premium oil that’s worth it
I love cooking with macadamia nut oil. It’s high in monounsaturated fats and handles heat well. It brings a very subtle nutty flavor to whatever you’re cooking.

Quality Mac Oil
This is the only oil I ever cook with. I haven’t used cooking spray in years. Many people have no idea just how great macadamia nut oil is. I call it the best kept secret cooking oil because you cannot find it at most grocery stores. It has a higher smoke point than any other oil used for cooking and the highest monounsaturated fat content of any of the oils. What this high smoke point means is that when under high heat, cooking conditions, the oil’s structure and its integrity hold up, and it does not become denatured when cooked, which would be a bad thing and not healthy for you. Many people think olive oil is the way to go, but under high heat conditions, that oil does not hold up structurally and also there is a lot of fake olive oil out there in the stores that is mainly cheap low quality and unhealthy vegetable oil. I usually use either house of macadamia’s brand or species Nutrition brand of macadamia nut oil. Can’t go wrong!

absolutely delish! my salads never tasted better, no need for olive oil anymore, just look at the linoleic acid profile, macadamia nut oil is such a hidden gem, people will catch up to this beautiful, delicate, clean tasting oil! and this in a glass amber bottle shows the love and care this company puts into this fine product.
