I bought this for a medusa costume for halloween. I didn't love all the head peices with just snakes, they all looked just cheesy and plastic. This is elegant and just takes it to another level. I love it.

didn’t realize it was made of zip ties, 7 snakes had fallen off by the time i opened it. everyone said that theirs included glue (mine didn’t) so now i have to fix it.

Everyone is so upset that it’s zip ties, yes it is. But it looks great and $30 it’s not that expensive, I’ve bought crowns made out of similar materials for more than this. You get your money’s worth. If you are that annoyed with the price than make it yourself, you aren’t going to for cheaper.

I thought this had been back and fell September for Halloween and only wore. Once was going to wear to something else and snakes and diamonds have all fallen off.It is cheaply made it's made from zip ties. Spray painted gold with Hockley holding on the snakes and gold accents.WOULD NEVER BUY AGAIN!!Had to give one star but to me 0 stars.

This headpiece is going to used for photo shoots in our studio. It is well made and looks outstanding! It could be used for cosplay, photo shoots, parties, etc.

I ordered this magnificent headband in the color “golden,” which is the larger of the two currently on offer. This absolutely stunning headpiece is packaged perfectly to protect it during shipping and to provide pretty darn good long-term storage. Included in that packaging was a small tube of clear E8000 glue for re-sticking any pieces that might have come unstuck. One of the snakes on my headband arrived partially unstuck, likely from the unbearable heat here in Florida, so I really appreciate the foresight of this brand to have included an appropriate glue for maintenance of this extremely delicate piece. And it IS extremely delicate. This is something you might wear for photos or maybe a dinner out where it won’t get touched much, but I wouldn’t risk wearing it clubbing or to a festival unless you fully expect it to break.The delicate details on this headband look excellent, and upon close inspection, I was thrilled to discover that all of the spiky pieces are actually zip ties. How creative is that?! Seeing how zip ties were used to make such an extravagant piece is actually pretty inspiring and makes me want to try creating some designs of my own. The only flaws I noticed on this headband besides the un-stuck snake, which again, I don’t mind and completely understand, was a little bit of gold paint flaking off the pointy tips of the zip ties. Interestingly, however, the color of the zip ties beneath the flaked gold paint was just more gold, so it’s not really that noticeable. There are many rhinestones incorporated into the design of this headpiece, none of which arrived loose or missing, and all of which are properly seated.The bottom of the headband that goes behind your ears is protected by removable, rubbery nubs that help make it more comfortable. Without the nubs, I don’t find this headband to be uncomfortable, but I nevertheless appreciate the thoughtful inclusion of those nubs.Overall, I’m delighted to have this stunning headpiece in my outlandish wardrobe, and for this reasonable price, I highly recommend it to anyone who understands that it is very delicate and may require maintenance and initial touch-ups.
