Q: Module flashing blue light but not turning on. What am I doing wrong?

I have the same issue, flashing blue/green light. Fully charged too. Worked the first day perfectly, felt it. Second day, flashing of unit started and now it doesn't do anything except flash.... Think it's faulty..

Q: How long is the cable

11.5 inches or approx 29 cm. You probably already have other USB cables you could use. The main device can be unclipped from the mat. Works very well and am pleased I purchased it.

I returned my product as it did not perform as advertised Although all written in English, the grammar was so defective that I found it difficult to fully understand.

Q: what are the different modes?

The different modes offer a variety of muscle stimulation pulses running from massage through kneading and cupping to acupoint, activate andshape. I have been using mine for just over a week as part of a non-medication regime to help with a damaged kne and have found that the massage and kneading modes work best for me. At levels 8 and above, the electric pulses cause firm muscle contractions all the way up to my kneecaps and the 20 min/day session certainly has improved my situation..
