Not the worse and far from great. The pictures show a strut bushing with crack in rubber new out of box. Not very important but does quality control. Second picture shows me installing a washer that allows the mounted pressure to be applied to the inner race of the bearing. Without this would create a lot of drag and if you bolt it down tight, it would be nearly impossible to steer. This simple washer on top and bottom, must be identical "I.D." and smaller than "O.D." to utilize the bearing to make steering smooth. If it was only this issue, it would get 4 stars, maybe 5. I've owned a couple weeks now. Maybe a few hours ride time by the kids and the wife could not get it started. When I returned home from work travel, I diagnosed the carb gasket leaks engine side. This is a "vacuum leak" that prevents the carburetor from properly pulling in the correct air/fuel ratio. The gasket in place had extra material so I made a temporary replacement. Waiting on product support to do something about it. Not very quick to respond yet. Side note. The pull start is to hard for kids that this 40cc caters too. I'm going to get by for now and sell this thing as smallest I've seen with electric start is a 90cc. Other than that, not enough torque to flip, just right for young riders.
